FRIENDS OF THE TYGERBERG CHILDREN’S CHOIR (“TCC”)
Eljosa Buses gave a grant of R2500 to sponsor a disadvantaged chorister. On the photograph fltr Johannes Horn (CEO Eljosa), Hennie Loock, Rian Strydom (Committee member: Friends of the Choir/Fundraising). A heartfelt thank you to Eljosa for this gesture!
A fund has been created to make it possible for children from all communities to sing in the Choir and to participate in tours. We need people to make financial contributions by way of donations and sponsorships to keep this fund active. The fund is also boosted through the sale of CD's and by supporters becoming Friends of the Choir.
Thank you very much for your support in the past. It is greatly appreciated by the Tygerberg Children’s Choir Committee members and all parents.
We would, however, like to remind you that, as Friends of the Choir, your membership fees are now due.
The annual membership fees are as follows:
Adults: R250,00 for two tickets
Scholars and Students: R100,00 for one ticket
Members are invited to attend one of our annual prestige concerts.
This year TCC has already performed at the Woordfees held in Stellenbosch. For more details regarding some of theactivities of the TCC, please visit our website at www.tcc.co.za. This year has already also been very busy with performances of the Voices of Angels at the Suidoosterfees, the Christenfees and Skouspel Plus. All of these events provided invaluable exposure to the TCC.
Friends of the Choir are very important in the continued financial well being of the TCC and by means of their valued contribution assist in making the dream and experience of being part of a world class choir become a reality for many children.
